Planet Green Refund Policy

We want to hear about any problems, issues, or concerns you are experiencing when using our ink
cartridges. Every once in a while, problems will happen. We want you to be assured that we will take
the appropriate steps to replace or refund the product(s) you purchased from us. It’s your choice
whether to do an exchange or a refund.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 365 days of purchase for
a replacement or a refund.

You can speak to a customer service representative by dialing (800) 377-1093 Monday through Friday
from 8am-4pm PST. If you prefer using email, you can send it to info@planetgreenrecycle.com.

We may ask you to check or try a few things before returning the item(s) to us.

Before shipping the item(s) back to us, we will send you an RMA label to use in the return or
exchange. If you prefer, we can send a new ink cartridge as a replacement and an RMA label for your
return.

Once you receive the RMA label, you can send us the items to be refunded or exchanged. Our address is
